I’ve been using Ducky’s Car Wash in Menlo Park and have a monthly membership, which is very convenient since I can bring my car in regularly without having to pay each time. The staff are friendly and professional, and they always do a good job cleaning my car. The whole process is quick and easy, and I really like the convenience of the monthly plan. It’s a great option if you wash your car often. Overall, I’ve had a good experience here and would definitely recommend Ducky’s Car Wash in Menlo Park.

Ducky in Menlo Park provides excellent service! They do a very detailed job, and the staff is always friendly and professional. I’ve tried several other car wash locations, and this is by far the best. Highly recommend!

I paid $100 for a hand wash and interior/exterior detail on my Cybertruck today, specifically choosing a hand wash instead of an automatic car wash because I expected more care and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the result was extremely disappointing. The inside of the trunk was not cleaned at all. Several interior surfaces looked like they had been wiped down with a dirty cloth, leaving marks and making parts of the interior look worse rather than cleaner. Most concerning, I noticed fine scratches on the windows/glass after the wash, which is completely unacceptable for a service that is supposed to be a careful hand wash. For $100, I expected the vehicle to be properly cleaned and handled with care. Instead, I now have to clean parts of the car again myself and deal with scratches that were not there before. I’m attaching photos so people can see the condition of the vehicle after the service. Given the quality of the work and the issues left behind, I don’t think I should be charged for this service. I’m happy to update my review if the business takes responsibility and resolves this properly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I brought my GMC truck in for a wash, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team did an incredible job inside and out, paying attention to every detail. My truck looked spotless and had that fresh, showroom shine again. The staff was friendly, professional, and the service was quick. Definitely one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve come to truly appreciate Ducky’s, not just for the quality of the car wash, but for the consistency and professionalism of the team. That keeps me returning. Nelson, who manages the entrance, is always the first point of contact. He is patient, composed and professional regardless of the weather or how busy it gets. He keeps everything flowing smoothly with quiet efficiency. Rosa and Myriam may be the duo that sets this location apart. They create an environment that feels welcoming and conversations which are intelligent and well considered, turning what could be a routine wait into a pleasant experience. The space is always impeccably maintained, and you can hear them thoughtfully updating customers on new promotions with poise and clarity. They are never pushy, never abrupt and genuinely customer focused. They are the ones that elevates the experience inside the waiting area and they bring a level of service that is rare to find. Finally the leadership team. Marvin and Miguel. They set a strong tone for the entire operation. Highly attentive to customers and I can personally vouch for their problem solving skills. They handled my issues with such speed, and real empathy
